Elizabeth Brooksbank, Interim Director Children's Ministry
Elizabeth’s Siesta Key Chapel roots are planted strong. She and her family have been with the Chapel from the very beginning as charter members, so God’s Treehouse is truly a second home to her.
After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Ringling School of Art and Design, Elizabeth began her teaching career at the Out-of-Door Academy. Following a short break to start a family, she began working at Forty Carrots Family Center as a Parenting Educator. She continues her work there with teen parents at Cyesis High School and Character House, a program for incarcerated pregnant and juvenile parents. Although, she is most proud of her favorite job – being the mother of two wonderful daughters, Emily and Avery.
Elizabeth has been the co-director of SKC’s Vacation Bible School and active in the children’s programs at the Chapel. She is thrilled to be the Interim Director of Children’s Ministry at Siesta Key Chapel.
